0.7.0 npu安装教程配套版本有问题

vllm 需要torch 2.8.0版本，而教程的依赖显示需要2.7.1

Reproduction

按照教程安装依赖。
安装vllm 0.11.0版本时会卸载torch2.7.1, 安装2.8.0

Expected behavior

提供正确的环境依赖。

vLLM 0.11.0 requires the installation of torch 2.8.0, but vLLM-Ascend 0.11.0 is compatible with torch 2.7.1. When you install vLLM-Ascend, torch 2.7.1 will be reinstalled, which is consistent with the installation guide.

verl的requirements.txt没有固定transformers版本，最近安装时会安装到transformers 5.0.0，运行时会报错：
ImportError: cannot import name 'AutoModelForVision2Seq' from 'transformers'
需要手动安装低版本transformers
