What this does
Allows spiderbots to use *ping, *buzz, *warn, etc.
Also while I was in there I fixed the code up so that quiet and sound-enabled silicon emotes use the same rules. For some reason it was different, and I could not think of any valid reason for it to be that way.
Why it's good
They're silicons (just not technically so) so they should be able to use them.
How it was tested
Became a spiderbot and *pinged, *buzzed, *warned etc.
