Python functions to read metrology surface in common instrument formats.

Functions:

• read_sur_files.readsur Read MountainView .sur binary files by Digital Surf. From Matlab routine by Eike Foremny https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/61731-read-surf-file

• csv_zygo_reader.csvZygo_reader read data from ASCII file with standard Zygo header (format as described in MetroPro Reference Guide 0347_K)
