  1. Catch and retry GetCompanyNews API calls on failure to ensure processing continues.

  1. Automatically decrement the end date by one day after two consecutive calls on the same date.

Fix 2 issues during call:
a526356 
1. catch exception and retry if exception call GetCompanyNews API.
2. auto backward 1 more day when 2 consecutive calls on same end date.
