Proposed Changes
CCR-1697 A a bug/issue in opentelemetry-go which is a dependency at the core of the Virtru OtelTracer was causing consumers of the Virtru Oteltracer to experience spam logs. The issue was fixed in a release of that package about a week ago.
This PR brings in the newest release version and includes a fix for the spam logs issue.
