Added documentation for the new tablet targeting feature (PR #18809) that allows routing queries to a specific tablet by alias. The new syntax
USE keyspace:shard@tablet_type|tablet_aliasenables stable routing useful for debugging, per-tablet monitoring, cache warming, and other operational tasks. Documentation covers the syntax, an example, constraints (shard required, bypasses vindex routing, no mid-transaction changes), and use cases.Trigger Events
