content-based recommendation system using numpy, scipy and pandas. Here goal is to implement a content-based recommendation algorithm. It will use the list of genres for a movie as the content and data comes from the MovieLens project. I have used pandas library as data structure, tf-idf and cosine similarity is used in this recommendation system. Part of Assignment series for CS579 Course.
