In audio the sources of silence are always hard to distinguish. Hence whereever possible we try to detect silence an replace it with easily distinguishable audio loops.
Streamboxx
The Streamboxx has an audio device connected but Liquidsoap (the streaming process) has detected, that it receives only silence. Instead of streaming silence to the Streaming Server the silence is replaced by Loop 1.
On TTY3 on the Streamboxx you can see alternating messages of "Prepared" and "Finished loop1.wav".
- Provide the Streamboxx with an audio signal other than silence.
- Log in to the Streamboxx and restart the streaming process with
sudo killall liquidsoap
