We need to create a DAO around Carbon.sol smart contract.

Because we need to account carbon on global scale, the DAO needs to implement holographic consensus.

It can be either a DAOstack DAO or Aragon with https://github.com/ajsantander/hc (or another variant you may devise).

Also the smart contracts in this repository need to be audited. (Maybe, we do it later using DAO's funds.)

DAO needs to be deployed on a low-carbon blockchain such as Gnosis Chain.
