Instead decided to fork: https://github.com/vweevers/remark-common-changelog (fork point: vweevers/remark-common-changelog@dd47e57). What's left to do here, is npm deprecation and repo archival.

Breaking: replace remark-changelog with remark-common-changelog

Drops support of `Unreleased` section. Linting will now emit an
error if such a section is encountered in a `CHANGELOG.md`.
