I am not so sure about all these specific building types like hospitals, fire stations etc. Yes, a hospital is typically a building. But it >could also be multiple buildings. We have had the discussion before with regard to building products. Is a window a bot:Element when it is still at the store? In these >discussions the conclusion was that it becomes a bot:Element because it is a bot:adjacentElement to a bot:Zone.
