participant table에 unique key 제약 걸음(택시팟은 최대 1개의 방에만 관여하는걸로)
pot 생성 시 즉시 방장 포함되도록 함
택시 인원은 최소 2명, 최대 4명이 되도록 함
코드 리뷰하며 인증 절차 완료 후 potcontroller.kt의 매개변수 수정 필요
