Added a source language panel to the sidepanels bar.
This can be used to display the source language next to translated content.
This is useful while doing initial translation, for checking automated translations or for processing updates to the page made in the source language.
This UI is designed and catered specifically towards translators and make their environment just a tad more comfortable.
