ESlint can't be updated to V9 until eslint-typescript v8 comes out
Typescript 5.5 can't be used uintil prettier/prettier#16429 is solved (for prettier)
I am not sure when Typeorm will support the latest version of better-sqlite3 but when it does, i will update that too
