feat: add remote wallet pairing - #1

Register a remote wallet provider that creates pairing sessions over Nostr relays and exposes a CLI helper for wallet-side authorization. Add a pairing panel with QR and copy affordances in the wallet dialog, prioritize the remote wallet entry, and display connected account labels.
Add a GitHub Pages deployment workflow that builds the app, prepares the SPA fallback artifact, and deploys from the main branch. Configure Vite to use the repository name as the base path during GitHub Actions builds.
