Excluded css3-modsel-27b.xml since it tests * html and * :root simultaneously.

These are all visual tests, a kind of manual test that contains within it the instructions for when it passes and not. These aren't run automatically and don't show up on wpt.fyi.
There's no problem with mapping them however, it just means that there will only be a single test (root-siblings.html) that shows up on wpt.fyi.
