Follows up #58.
Adds a completed Semantic Intake submission for the beneficial-ownership use case (the Ownership / Control / UBO attestations — rb-ownership / rb-control / rb-ubo), instantiating Semantic_Intake_template.md.
Each attribute is anchored to a semantic reference: existing ebwv: terms are reused for shared identity attributes, and the BODS RDF Vocabulary (bods: / codes:) is used for the ownership/control interest model. It's intended to give the group a concrete basis for answering the template's open questions Q001/Q002 (semantic reuse vs. innovation) for this use case.
This is a discussion / intake artefact — it does not change the vocabulary or any rulebook. Notable open questions are listed at the end of the document, in particular the lack of a one-to-one BODS interest type for partnership interests (Q-BO-002) and reconciling single-decimal vs. banded ownership share (Q-BO-003).
Placed under test-drafts/ for now — happy to move it to a dedicated use-cases/ folder or wherever maintainers prefer intake submissions to live.
