Guide for running the project:

To install the dependencies, run:
	npm install

To run the scrape server, run:
	npm start

To use the program, open a web browser and go to
	http://localhost:8090

To run the tests, make sure the scrape server is running, and then run:
	npm run test

To view the prediction rate of the collected data, run:
	npm run quality-check
