After several failed attempts to make it work I decided to drop this testing module.
We still support Jetty, that code has not changed, and we have a deployable example for Jetty as well.
This PR just removes a module that has been disabled for a long time because there were several issues with it (or with the Arq. adapter for it) in the past and the time investment into making it work does not seem worth it.
