Давайте так не делать в пул-реквестах. Давайте отправлять PR в ветку с новой версией и уже в ней менять. А то в каждом PR новая версия. Во-первых, конфликты будут. А во-вторых, катить новую мажорную версию ради одной фичи — ну такое.
