Custom Styling

Custom styling (along with custom shapes) gives users control over the presentation layer for pathway models.

Configurable options

Option	Values
Stroke width	% of pre-set, e.g., 200%
Font-face	name of font, e.g., Helvetica
Font-size	% of pre-set, e.g., 200%
Marker-size	% of pre-set, e.g., 200%
Background-color	color name (e.g., light-gray) or hex color code (e.g., #d3d3d3)
Invert-colors	true or false

Any numerical values are set as a percentage of the pre-set value.
