The PHP Unit tests are currently failing on this branch due to the existing PHP Unit Test workflow configuration, not because of a code issue introduced by this PR and Woo update. We discussed this during the previous release cycle, and the failures are expected until the workflow aligns with the next WooCommerce release.

Rather than updating the PHP Unit Test workflow so that it passes before the 10.8 release is out, I would suggest that we hold off on merging these bumps until after 10.8 is released, which should result in the workflow working without the need for adjustments. #3411 (review)
