자동차 이름의 앞뒤 공백을 제거 후 쉼표(,)를 이용한 문자열 분리
객체를 생성하여 각 객체마다 이름과 포지션 생성 각 자동차별 랜덤값 조건에 따른 이동
자동차의 구분자와 이름 수 시도횟수에 대한 예외처리 값 비교 후 결과값 출력
