Modular - Db migration

New installation routine, more modularity and modules are now saved in a sqlite database.

Console conversation

This very first release simply allows you to talk with your assistant and getting also an accustic answer. Answers/Inputs are logged on the console.

Note:
Speech to text and Text to speech are not optimized yet. Controlling IoT-devices is also not possible yet.
