Quasselstrippe (or short Qs) is a (web)chat with distributed (and allows self hosting) chats. If an instance is down, other instances will provide the chat data. The data should be encrypted by the client (in future) and thus there's no need for a trusted server. The keys are stored on the clients the server passes messages only.

In development, don't use in productive environments or for security right now.
