shouldn't the news.md file read

22.11.1

for the bug-fix version.
I did not fix it, because I did not what to screw up any of your release files.

It should. I was in a hurry when I did that as Debian treated to remove the wxMaxima packet if I don't upload a new version that is no more compiled with wxWidgets 3.0 on an architecture.
