Port to PPX and OASIS

The release uses the PPX-based RPC scheme and moves from Obuild to Oasis for building.

SMAPIv2 updates

• SRs now have name_label and name_description
• pull out logging code into a function
• log state of copying mirrors

Add persistent uuids
