Track activity of mutational signatures

It introduce TrackSig to R and add more functions.

Note: It is haavily associated with TrackSig, so please install the dependency of TrackSig.The installation may take a long time, so please be prepared!

Three addtional R package is required for this pacakge: filesstrings , R.utils , filesstrings

Load the package (outside of this project) with: devtools::install_github("xindizhang/SigAct")
