I don't quite understand what the purpose of this is. Could you explain what this is supposed to add/fix?

Terminal shortcuts under ctrl (for example ctrl+c) did not work, so I added keys from US International layout under control layer. Also (shift + §) was missing (using it to type paths in terminal).

Shortcuts work just fine for me.

§ is on C-S-s, where else are you putting it?

It might be that ctrl+c did work, but I had problems using tmux with prefix (ctrl + a). I am adding § under esc.

The key under ESC is ` and ~ already.

Does not work for me unfortunately, when I open this layout with ukelele I do not see any binding under esc. I'm on MacOS Monterey 12.1

I just tested shortcuts as well, they do work on mac terminal but does not on alacritty. tmux prefix does not work on terminal either
