TypeScript 버전은 지금 쓸 수 있는 최신 버전으로 임의로 정했습니다.
tsconfig.json에allowJs옵션이 활성화된 덕에 tsc가*.js파일까지 검사하게 되며, 이에 따라 기존의 자바스크립트 코드 중 TypeScript가 인식하지 못하는 문법을 수정했습니다.
