Added a link to the BlakAdder page for each device I could find it for.
Also added a link to the required firmware for the dimmers.
I spent half an hour trying to find out why my Shelly Dimmer 2 was not working on Tasmota, then I discovered the instructions on @blakadder.
I understand my PR is against
mainbut since it only changes the Readme I don't think it needs to go through the development cycle.
