Update output tokens for yvWETH and yvDAI #583

yvWETH and yvDAI vaults were migrated to newer versions of the code hence the contract addresses of those tokens changed.
Modify input token to be the actual want token of the vault instead of the vault itself.

@lehnberg Should we even keep this list if its in yearn meta? https://github.com/yearn/yearn-docs/blob/master/yearn-finance/yvaults/vault-tokens.md I guess its good for users to see but I doubt it will ever stay up to date. |
