Add support for naming chapters by using suggested convention, using mix of special tokens and normal strings, like %title% - my book"
Without this modifications development on linux is impossible for me.

#415 feature
Add support for multiple tags in chapter naming as described in #386 .
Now user can use custom title field in Chapter Edit box as formatting template similar to printf. For example "%file_name% chapter" is valid. Also adds tooltip for custom title field with all possible special tokens.
