Unselect only ids of items that are not selected anymore

This breaks nested group ordering so I'm going to close it until I can write some tests for that and verify it's fixed properly. |

as in #113 , ( this comment ), I've fixed nested groups, but also added multiple dependencies (js-logger / babel plugin, jest, testCafe).
Two of those dependencies are of benefit to the maintainability of this project (The two testing frameworks), logs are only kind of useful though.
