YSRTech Guest Cart Viewer

A Magento 1/OpenMage extension that enhances the abandoned cart reporting functionality by allowing administrators to view detailed information about guest shopping carts.

Installation

1. Extract the archive
2. Upload the app folder to your Magento root directory
3. Clear Magento cache
4. Log out and log back into the admin panel

Usage

1. Navigate to Reports > Shopping Cart > Abandoned Carts
2. Click on any abandoned cart row
3. For guest carts, you'll be taken to the custom quote viewer showing all cart items
4. For customer carts, you'll be taken to the customer profile with the cart tab active

Problem Solved

Standard Magento 1 abandoned cart reports only allow viewing details for logged-in customer carts. Guest carts (which often represent a significant portion of abandoned carts) were not clickable and couldn't be inspected easily. This module solves that limitation.
