fixed panics on shutdown, and hostname patching

slightly rushed the last push without testing - turns out waitpid didn't do what i needed

also fixed an issue with hostname patching - newlines weren't stripped

small patches

updated logging messages and changed in bottle command execution

actually get things working

refresh envars after making a new bottle when calling a shell/run

initial release!
