Fixes console spam due to the latest game patch, and fixes an issue with the tooltip not drawing in the right location. Also fixes /treset not syncing with other players when they're nearby.

Added /nomana, which can toggle your consumption of Eitr.
Fixed some typos.
Added parameters to most toggleable commands which allow you to manually specify whether you want ON or OFF. Useful for binds if you just want one to turn things on, another to turn off.

v1.5.5 Mistlands Fixes

Updates the libraries the mod is built with to account for binary signature changes.

Also, this fixes /goto not printing a message when executed, and fixes an issue where disconnecting from a game and reconnecting broke your ability to modify the terrain.
