方案
新增
prompts/deliver-per-item.md提示词文件，定义逐条发送的交付规则：这样在手机上阅读体验好很多，一条条刷着看，每条聚焦一个人/一个话题。
测试效果
已在 OpenClaw + Telegram 环境下测试通过，推送效果明显改善。
