This first commit only contains the initial creation of the system page and does not contain everything we would like to display / may contain more than we need. |

I cleaned the page and deleted the general system status to only show bms information on this page. In future this should be a part of the dev-page, where we already are logging the system status and only the bms info and history is missing. Tested on F13 and F15, both working. |

To keep track of the BMS we wanted to a system page, that shows the status of the BMS and its history as a graph.
