The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart to use a working alternative so the repository's star history displays correctly again.

The star history chart in the README has stopped working due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart to a working source so it displays correctly again for both the English and Chinese READMEs.
