Add the ability to pass a custom status string to your ticket sharing payload. This is not active on the backend yet, but this sets up the code to accept these values. Keep an eye out at https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408893967514-Sharing-tickets-with-other-Support-accounts for any future details on how this will work for your needs. This is an optional value that can be safely omitted.
