Var Mismatch correction

Accental change to var caused Script to break. Var corrected in this bug fix

Full Polling of device axis

Full PWM of axis value to keypress duty cycle. Will start getting keymaps, install and usage documentation started. As well as testing T16000.m hardware.

Throttle and T1600 support

A10 throttle and T1600.m Joystick support added. Only the twin sticks are added as i do not have access to the T1600.m throttle.

Limitation found that the script will not update an action unless some motion of the attached devices is seen. Working on how to get around this with some type of latchable timer.
