Add views to be published by the publish command

By now you are not able to customize the blade templates, if we add the views to the publish command we have the facility - for a higher flexibility.

the idea is under consideration.
But a better solution is to move "extended & empty" views in a the app folder (for customizations).

however, I hope to review the entire project this summer.
