nagnos

nagnos is a hosted control plane for topology-aware PostgreSQL deployments on existing customer infrastructure.

Current Repo State

This repository is currently bootstrapped for planning and release bookkeeping. Implementation code has not landed yet.

v1 Product Direction

The approved v1 wedge is:

• Sites for infrastructure readiness
• Possibilities for verdict-led deployment eligibility
• Live for trust-first cluster operations

Key product constraints:

• hosted control plane in v1
• outbound-only customer agent
• Patroni-backed 3-site HA
• 2-site controlled DR only, not automatic HA
• versioned Ansible playbooks for deployment execution

Next Steps

Near-term work:

1. Add the real implementation code for the v1 wedge.
2. Add a remote and push codex/bootstrap-repo.
3. Re-run /ship once there is substantive code and a remote target for the PR.
