Legal Issues

The software is not violating any licensing agreements. The software will use the Curseforge API to download modpacks from the Curseforge website at the user's request. It is also using the Bootstrap and Next.js frameworks but those are free to use. It is also using the Discord API to get a user's information and that is also free to use. The software will not make any major profit including donations. I do not plan to profit monetarily from my service in the near future. When the issue arises, I will look through the agreements of all of the free-to-use software to see if they have anything about my web app making money

Users will not be able to upload any content to the website (this is subject to change but security must be considered first). Users will not be able to share content with each other through my web app and the software will not be using any data sets from anyone.

It is not possible for user's to break the law using my software. The user will have access to the Minecraft UUID of everyone who has joined the server before but the user also has access to that same information if the user knows the Minecraft username of a user. Nothing particularly special can be done with this information. Again, users will not be able to upload any files onto the website (for now). Though when they can upload files, it will be mostly configuration. If a user uploads a modpack that he or she made, the user will not be able to share it with another user and will be deleted when the user loses access to that virtual machine.
