This script is to be used only on Gigabyte motherboards.

Using this script on other motherboard manufacturers may break the system, or worse, may even cause hardware damage.

Proceed With Caution!

This is a script which will fix an issue with Gigabyte systems waking up immediately after putting it to sleep.

This script will create a systemd service as a workaround for this bug.

Note

If Gigabyte fixes this issue with a firmware update, the script will be moved to Legacy branch and be removed from the main branch.
