The difference between the 4 versions is whether to use CPU or GPU and whether save video frames in hrad disk
There doesn't seem to be much difference in actual speed between CPU and GPU, so just choose what you want.
The general version is convenient to adjust the threshold because the most running time is focused on video stream processing.
Usually a video of about 5 minutes will take 1-2 minutes for VideoCapture to process the video stream.
If you don't want to R/W a lot of images on the hard disk, you can choose no_Cache version.
