[Quest] 2 quests in Nagrand (Body of Evidence & Returning the Favor) aren't working

The two quests in Nagrand, [Body of Evidence] and [Returning the Favor]; both obtainable from Lantresor of the Blade after completing a few other quests, are not working. When I use the quest items for either of the quests, nothing happens. When I use the Kil'Sorrow Banner on the Warmaul corpses (for the second mentioned quest), the banner appears on the corpse; but I don't get any credit. And for the other quest, when I use the Damp Woolen Blanket on the Blazing Warmaul Pyre, some Boulderfist ogres are meant to appear to plant Kil'Sorrow corpses all over the place; but they simply don't, nothing happens. So I can't complete the quests.

I've tried deleting my Cache and WDB folder a few times, and abandoning and re-taking the quests; but they still don't work.

I'd like to be able to complete these quests. Partly because of the XP, maybe two quests here or there won't matter that much; but they do a little when you're leveling with 1x xp, and also I want the Mag'har reputation... And I want to do all quest chains in Nagrand simply because it's good fun. So it would be great if this could be fixed.
