Character not showing up at log on screen

Hello,

I can log in just fine with my account, however I have lost characters visually at the login screen. I cannot verify if they all have been deleted, but a friend confirmed that I am still in the guild in game.

OVERALL

1. 3 characters were not visible to me at log in screen (my three most active characters; 1 on warsong(baeown), 1 on emerald dream(become), 1 on archangel(gaspedal)
2. I reset (deleted) my WTF and my creaturecache.wdb, and thankfully my warsong character became visible. However, my other two characters did not.
3. archangel(gaspedal) character is visible through guild offline feature in game, but is not at login screen and is not accounted for in total characters sum at the top of log in screen.
