PDN/XCF diagnostics introduced in #127 still display English in non-English locales. Translate the six diagnostics and 15 feature descriptions across all 149 non-English catalogs, and route unsupported-feature descriptions through
schist-i18nso the complete error follows the selected language.Synchronize the Norwegian and Serbo-Croatian aliases and remove the pending-translation note from the format documentation. Translation review checked terminology, placeholders, product names, and unchanged English text; native-speaker review remains outstanding.
